I see the problem. Too much heat applied to the bed liner.

Another permanent drivers license revocation. If you put the rest of in danger.. conscientiously with that rig and "feel OK" about it you should only be allowed mass transportation/cab/Uber or something. That ain't right and phooey on the cops for not parking that rig.
