I have lost track of the number of people I have seen flat towing a car with an RV, and the car has a flat tire that is throwing rubber. I uslay try to get their attention so they will pull over. They usually ignore the guy honking his horn and flashing his lights at them. Until they catch fire. That guy did pull over.
