Jump in the shower and wet down and shut it off immediately so you don't
drain the fresh tank!

When you are at home, you think it is part of your normal ritual of going to bed by building a campfire in the back yard, sit at it for a half hour, put it out, take a 'quick' shower to get the smoke off of you and then go to bed..... but sleep on the floor by the bed as 'the bed is "too" soft' and not what you are used to'.....

Thought I would reincarnate this thread by admitting to two things:
1. Couldn't locate the water cut-off on the shower wand, didn't want to drain my hot water heater.
2. Started to light my burner to cook breakfast before I remembered that I have an electric range.
