Not familiar with Hercules Power ST2 but I've had Cooper tires on a truck before and was very pleased with them. One of the longest lasting, best wearing tires I've ever had on a truck.
I did a google search on them and found very little. I also added reviews to the search and found just a couple people that had taken the time and they were short and positive, no problems kind of reviews.
