Air Conditioner Question

I watched several YouTube’s of maintenance tips of cleaning the condenser and evaporator( and a few dirt robbers and spiders out of the air condition. It was a well needed cleaning. My question today can I or is there something to spray around the unit to keep spiders and or wasp or dirt robbers from getting up there?

I don't know of any product that has a lasting effect on insects like wasps the spray I use at my ranch shop is temporary I think periodic inspection/cleaning is your best bet. JMHO

Thank you. I have bought some cover coming and maybe that will help me until the first camping trip in the spring.
