Generator and A/C on while towing

I'm going to be using my TH as a 'mobile changing room' on a large photo project in the desert in a few weeks. We will be shooting, moving and shooting for the better part of a day and a half. I'd like to have the TH cool and and 'ready to go' as soon as we hit the stops.

I've read countless posts about Class-A and C MH guys running their generators while driving, especially in the desert, but there doesn't seem to be much talk about doing the same with a toy hauler while it is being towed.

My TH has a built-in gen and fuel tank - is there any reason that I wouldn't want to run the A/C while I'm moving?

Thanks all!

If it is a built in generator with fuel, I don't see any reason why you couldn't

Agreed. I've accidentally ran the heat before and I feel like that has bigger dangers.

I run my heat all day long while traveling. Ive even considered putting the genies on the rear cargo basket and running the AC for those long hot days on the road. I have it, why not. The models will thank you for it.

I see no concerns running it. That's what it's for.

I've run the genset while towing. Toy hauler has the Onan built in. Run the AC sometimes in the summer heat.
