Leaking XLR Garage Door.

My 2011 XLR 35X14 TH has developed a leak at the top of the garage door. There is a gutter above the door on the outside, but the leak is very observable. Any ideas?

Do you have a gap in the door when closed. If so door needs to be adjusted

Replace the weather stripping. And make for some reason that your door isn't bent. But I could easily see how the weather stripping could need replaced. I also have a toy hauler and I'm sure one day my will need some work done.

I have 40X12HP and had a gap at the top of my door also. I solved the issue by adjusting the to nuts on the latches inside the garage which tighten up the door seal.

Solved my rear door leak on my 2011 XLR 30 X 14 by moving to a new site. Apparently my rig was not completely level on the previous site.

Your door should not leak whether level or not.... If you have the hollow door gasket you can run solid close foam Backer Rod cord inside it. I did this to mine and the seal was so tight I had to really push on the door to get it closed.. At the corners you run steel wire inside the weather stripping to the next corner, hook onto the cord and pull it through. Do that at each corner till you go all the way around.. You will have to figure out whehter you need 1/4 or 1/2 inch backer rod for your applicationll..
