Loft Addition? (315PACK12)

Hello My first post Sorry, it's a bit long winded.

The DW and I have been looking at toy haulers, and after quite a bit of research, we've narrowed down our choices. One of those, is the Wolf Pack 315PACK12. I like the floor plan, and also the additional seating with the dinette and the sofa/recliners, since we may have more than four people in the RV at times, but without the loft, there's limited main area sleeping. We have also been looking at the Wolf Pack 295PACK13, but there's limited seating with the dinette only. These concerns are based on stopping/camping where you might not be able to, or want to, unload the toys yet.

I contacted FR, and found out that a loft can be added ($750.00) to the 315PACK12 as a custom build, but I'm not sure if I want to pay for that, or just get the 295PACK13, but have less seating. HELP!!! LOL

I understand that there are effectively two queen beds in the garage of each, but if the toys aren't unloaded, you cannot access either one. Can the bed/benches be lowered while the benches are flat against the walls, so you can still access the upper bed? Less headroom is okay.

295PACK13:
The dinette is long enough(76") for an adult to sleep on, plus you have the loft, so there's decent bedding when stopped, but limited seating for friends/family.

315PACK12:
Even with the 12 foot slide, the sofa is only 68", so only short people or kids, and the dinette layout make a shorter bed. However, there's seating for six during the day.

Questions:
1. Is $750 a fair price for a loft addition?
2. Would it still be covered under warranty?
3. Any cons to having a loft added? (structural, etc.)
4. Can the bed/benches be lowered while the benches are flat against the walls, so you can still access the upper bed? (Less headroom is okay)

Thanks in advance.
