Outside Speakers not working

I just bought a 2020 Forrest River Wolf Pup. It has a Furrion Radio (DV7200). The outside speakers (Zone 2) do not work. Everything appears to be connected OK. Is there any known problems with this radio?

Congrats on your Wolf Pup.

Do you have the owner’s manual for the Furrion radio?
Have you followed their troubleshooting section?
Have you removed the unit and seen the actual wiring behind the Furrion matches your schematics?

I’ll let others with the same model chime in to add their ideas.

I assume you're tried turning Zone's 1 and 2 on and off with the buttons on the front of the unit ? Ours had a button for each Zone. Press On / Press Off.

I’m sure you know, but on ours we have to press and hold the zone buttons, for maybe two seconds or so and it’ll function to zone on or zone off. In the beginning I got frustrated too because I would just tap it once without holding. Best of luck! If you find a true issue share once it’s fixed so we all know.
