I received one of these too. I bought the unit in a different (distant) city from where I live. When I went to the local FR dealer (Meridian RV in Port Coquitlam BC Canada), they told me their shop was booked for the next 12 months and could not (would not?) look after me. I contacted Forest River from the contact info on the letter. They returned my call pretty fast and were disappointed when I told them the story, but were reluctant to give the dealer a call and tweak them.
I didn't want to push them, but I was about to leave on a trip so I asked what I could do. They told me it was pretty simple, just visually inspect the wires from the battery, down the a-frame and under the trailer to the terminal block. If any wire went under a frame member look to see if it was pinched or rubbing. It took me longer to get the creeper under the trailer than to do the inspection. Nothing was pinched or rubbing so I was content that nothing more needed doing.
