Dead Bolt Lock

Want to give a shout out to "Mr. Tony Hufnagle" from "Forest River" We had a little problem in San Antonio Tx-we went into town for a fun night and when we returned the lock of the front door would not open. The key would not fully go into the dead bolt lock their for could not open the door. Called the lock smith and he got it to work with a new key he made on the spot. Many $$$$ later we're good-on the way home stop into the place we bought it, Fun Time RV Hewitt, TX and they replace the whole lock at no charge. We called Mr. Hufnagle and he asked to send him a copy of everything, we did, and he took care of it all. Thank You So Much.

I would bet that you had one of the door locks that were made in China and recalled, 2.7 million of them. I called and they sent me a new one and I installed. The recalled ones had that issue, locking people in and out of their RVs when the bolt stayed down and wouldn't move.
