You should be able to arrange for a tour at the factory in Indiana. To find a phone number for the factory you're interested in, click on the link to the "Library" at the top of the page (in the olive green bar), then click on "Miscellaneous Documents" and then "Forest River contacts".

Have a wildwood 31 qbts that the dining table will not stay anchored to floor. Have replaced screws and same thing happens again. What kind of floor is in the slide outs. Any suggestions.

The slide out should be plywood. If you can turn the base and then rescrew, If not you will need to glue some dowels in and rescrew. I know mine are 3/4"plywood. When you retract the slide out you should be able to see what it is made of on the inside edge.

Contact most Forest River brands here:

Forest River RV Contact Us - Forest River, Inc.

I'll post another list that includes Coachmen, Dynamax, Palomino, Prime Time, and Shasta, which operate slightly outside of the main umbrella.

Here's a full contact list:

Forest River Inc., A Berkshire Hathaway Company | RVs, Park Models Trailers, Commercial Buses, Commercial Trailers, Pontoons

For Coachmen, Dynamax, Palomino, Prime Time, and Shasta, go to the links listed for them.

For all other Forest River RVs, go to the link listed for Forest River and select the type of RV and then the brand that you have. The cargo trailer, bus, truck, and pontoon divisions are also listed here.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the warranty contact email". I thought there were many - at the division level.

You need to call the warranty manager on the phone, if they are not in leave a message and they will get back to you. I never had a problem, might take a few days but they always got back to me and I was able to get the parts I need...

If you want to use an independant RV shop for warranty work, FR will reimburse you IF you get pre-approval from FR.

I would really like to know who to contact in the Paint Shop, my trailer has been waiting to be painted now for three weeks. We have a two week vacation planned the first two weeks of July with family and friends and I have no idea if my trailer is going to be ready.

If I have to do an RVShares rental who is going to cover that expense since my trailer was supposed to be done by the end of May?

I've already lost $2000 on a previously booked trip because I couldn't get any information on my unit and couldn't give them a 2 week cancellation notice.

If there is someone that can help me, I would love to speak with them.
