Mark Palmer ???
Ive been trying to talk to someone at FR about the warranty work on our 315wp.Its been there since feb 6 as was arranged by kieth blankenship but when I got there with it,I was met by Calvin Folk who had taken Kieth's job. We went over everything,I got his info and came home.4 weeks ago I tried to get an update from Cal,and after haveing sent 4 different emails over a weeks time,we just went down which is a 300 mile drive one way.When we got there we were told Cal went back on the line and kieth was back in his old job but was with someone. Another person came down and went over the unit, but there were a couple items that still needed attention(not FR's fault).I ask why e mails were not fwd in cases like this and nobody seemed to know. So last week I e mail Kieth (because he is now in charge???),of course, no answer. I have followed it up with another e mail today and went directly to the cherokee warranty e mail and explained all the above as well as includeing my previous e mails. It comes back "undeliverable,no such address". The factory site lists Mark Palmer as the contact,but is undeliverable to his address.So now what,maybe another 600 mile drive?
