NHTSA Recall 22V828, Side Marker Lights
Got a recall saying that the red and orange side marker lights on 2022/23 ALTA's fail to meet reflectivity requirements. It states that they may not reflect light. The solution is to have a dealer add reflective stickers next to the marker lamps. Seems to be a really cheap way out for FR.
As I tow with running lights on anyway I'd rather not have cheap tape stuck on my camper. I am having some upgrades done this spring and am wondering if dealers check for recalls and do updates without permission?
