Now here is an interesting tear drop camper

Saw this on another forum. Pretty cool but expensive.

Yes, I seen that on one of the RV shows. it looked like a very cool concept. it is very open and airy on the inside! and yes it is $$$$$$!

yea .. Ive seen a number of units produced by Safari Condo ... im thinking the first time the unit resembled a Roadmaster on an Astro/Safari. Overall these are nice units, especially the van campers ... this unit tho has a major design flaw ... due to the lifting roof, ...the door height is too short ... making a person of my height ... a piddly 5 ft. 4 inch ... unable to go in or out of the trailer without wacking their head on the upper door jam ...
i would also have concerns about water leakage when the unit is up ... as the glass panels slide into the interior walls of the unit ..
nice looking ... but more research has to go into this unit before i even have a look at them ... 18,500 in Canada ... pretty brutal price.
