Question 2020 Roo 23FK valve locations

Hello.
First camper I've owned and I'm very pleased thus far. What a unit!
I purchased a week ago in MN and with COVID-19, the walk through was less than helpful. More confusing than anything! And I have figured out that manuals are very generic. But I am very mechanical and have figured most everything out pretty easily.
However, after looking around, I see the black and grey tank dump valves near the rear that are tied toghether, and I see the low point fresh tank drain....
But where might the main water low points be? The red and blue lines?
Also, what is this 3rd termination valve closer to the front of the trailer under the slide out?
Thanks in advanced.

Welcome from New Jersey, The red&blue are the low point drains, The valve in front may be the drain valve for the freshwater tank.

I do think the 3rd termination valve is for the fresh water tank as it on the opposite side of the fresh water fill. But I still havent found the red and blue low points. Where are those typically? Maybe near the water heater?
Thanks again.

Under the trailer. There should be 3 lines poking out. I thought they had labels for them, along the lower edge of the sides. One for FW tank drain and the othe two for H/C lines drains.

By the way, the H/C lines may not be red and blue.

Jennrichj, Welcome to the forum.

Most cold and hot water low point drains are at the end of the plumbing. You might have to get on your hands and knees to find them. They can be blue and red, white and red, or both white and have a cap on the end hanging below the trailer. Some can have 1/4 turn valves or may be just a couple of hoses hanging down.

As far as your manuals are concerned, you should have the generic manual from FR plus a manual for each accessory / appliance. The owners manuals for the accessory / appliance will give details on the operation. Many manufacturers have support on their websites where you can download service manuals which will include more detail on care / maintenance and troubleshooting.

Many of the manuals have been uploaded to the Library section of the forum. I suggest you take a day and find the location of each accessory / appliance, find the label, write down the manufactures name, make and model number. Taking photos of the labels helps. If your dealer supplied you with a build sheet, all the better as much of the information will be included. Take the time to create a spreadsheet for all the information and store a copy in your papers and keep them in the RV. Use a tablet or computer for digital copies at home.

For an example, I have all dealer supplied manuals and papers in a folder stored in the camper, a laptop at home with digital copies of every thing and a tablet containing the same documents so I can refer to whatever I need when doing repairs on my TT.

Most importantly, if you have a problem come to the forum with as much information you give us and ask. We will be happy to help.

Thank you very much for that detailed comment.
I have gone through the owner's packet and do have paperwork for everything from the build and a few printed pages of the FR manual.
Great point to spreadsheet them. Good thing my wife is not only great at it, but loves creating them too!
I'll definitely be spending a ton of time reading through some of these great threads and hope to stay ahead of the game when it comes to maintaining this beautiful rig.

The third termination valve may also be an inlet for antifreeze to winterize with. My freshwater tank drain valve is right on the tank itself, and very close to that is a valve on the end of a hose that is for sucking in antifreeze to winterize.

The hot and cold water low point drains (red and blue) are on the curb side (door side) rear of the water heater location. On our 2021 23FK they are tucked up underneath the lower cladding and you have to get on your knees to see them. Just in front of that is the fresh water drain (ours is white). On the road side (slide side) there is Gray tank #2 (kitchen galley) drain just under the front part of the slide. Behind the axle is another gray tank #1 (bathroom sink and shower) drain connected to the black tank drain. Our handles are black and grey respectively.
Hope this helps answer your question.

Two Gray Water Valves on 23FK

I have a 2022 Roo 23FK and the low point drains are on driver side rear quarter of the rig near the merged gray/black valve. The valve way forward on that side is for the front 30 gal gray water tank that supports the sink. I believe the 23FK is the only Roo with two gray tanks (both 30 gal). Again, mine is a 2022, so might be set up differently from yours, but most likely not.
