First, it would help if you posted year, make and model of your hybrid.
Second, are you asking about dry camping or actual boondocking?
We dry camped a lot in our hybrid for 10 years. We used a Honda 2000 inverter generator, a 6 gallon water jug, a 15 gallon tote tank for gray water, two batteries and an inverter for the tv.
The same things will be needed for actual boondocking.
Also, Popup Gizmos and Reflectix are real important for a hybrid, for any type of camping.
