Ladder recommendation

Looking for a lightweight ladder to bring camping with our trailer when we need to clean or inspect roof or clean slide. Should I get telescopic or multipurpose? Was thinking about this one or this one Weights are pretty much equivalent. Tryng to figure out which would be more useful.

I like the telescopic one but went with the industrial strength version as I am over 200#. It is heavy but it folds up and fits really well under the master bed. Amazon has brand new ones under "used" where the packaging was torn up for a pretty good discount.

Thanks for your input. Weight is a factor, we try to travel as light as possible. Both of us are average build so I am not concerned about the weight limits on these. I am leaning towards the multipurpose one as I think the ability to use it as a step ladder could be useful. Also, I've heard horror stories of pinched fingers with the telescoping ones. This one is just such an excellent price it made me reconsider.

That is a fantastic price on the telescoping one. Think I paid over $100 for mine and it was scratch and dent (packaging). I can see how you could pinch a finger but I have not done it. If it is stupid and can be done, I am usually the poster boy. Our storage area under our master bed is only 4" deep and is totally useless for storing anything other than dirty laundry and this ladder. We actually need more weight on the tongue so the extra pounds are welcome in our case.

Yeah, that's what made me reconsider the telescoping one. I don't think I've ever seen one below $80. But still leaning towards the multipurpose one, thinking it will be more useful.

I just bought a 4' lightweight ladder at Walmart.
Cost about $30 and fits behind the sofa.

Here is the one we use. I'm 6'6" so I don't need anything too tall for traveling. I mostly use it when setting up the PUGS.

I have a 5' single-sided collapsible ladder from GP Logistics. It stores inside the rear bumper.

I got mine on Amazon but they're available elsewhere. I would have preferred the 6' double-sided but that was 50% more (5' single-sided was on sale at the time) and this mine does the job.

The double-sided versions have an optional top accessory shelf that the 5' does not. I don't know if it would fit inside the bumper, attached to the ladder.

Interesting design. I already use my rear bumper for my stinky slinky, but it seems pretty easy to store inside the camper.

I installed a fence post cover under the trailer, a common mod seen elsewhere on the forum. I store my sewer drain there.
