NEED Help - Question on recall - reinforcement stiffeners

I have a 2014 Coachman Freedom Express 21 TQX camper. It's a similar camper to the Roo/Shamrock 3 bed hybrids. We bought it used last winter and i generally like it, but there always seems to be some issue - and here we go again....

This week i got a a recall indicating that the "frames do not have reinforcement stiffeners welded into the exterior of the I beam to mitigate flex in the axle area".

I'm hoping for feedback on 2 items:

1. I live in the Willow Grove, PA area - are there any dealers that you know of in this general vicinity (AND would recommend) who do welding type repairs such as this?

2. Is anyone else dealing with (or dealt with) this issue and recall? Other campers in the recall included models: 22DSX, 230BH, 233RBS, 24RBS, 246RKS, and 269BHS.

Not sure if Coachmen uses Torflex axles on their hybrids, like Roo/Shamrock hybrids.
Which axles does yours have?

I'm somewhat of a novice with the camper. Is there a place on the axle that would say the type of axle it is?

Should be a sticker or plate.
