Roo 233S tank meters

It seems as though my tank meter is wired wrong. I hooked up water today and ran the faucet for awhile in the kitchen, bathroom and shower. The panel showed that the black water tank was 1/3 full and the grey tank showed empty. I did not run any water into the toilet. I’m assuming the only pipe that empties into the black tank is the toilet?? Is it a simple fix to just swap the wires on the back of the meter panel that corresponds to the two tanks?

I know everyone says the meters will eventually fail, but would be nice to use them for a little while anyway.

Thanks for any comments..

This could be several things.
1. The tank sensors are famously error prone. They get gunked up and show incorrect water levels.
2. Your unit has more than the toilet running into the black tank. Not every RV is plumbed the same.

I should add that when I pulled the grey water flush valve all the water came out and the black meter showed empty again.

a simpler fix would be just to rename the sensors on the panel.....
