Roo Bunk Leaks

My 2011 Roo 21SS has been having minor leaks at the front bunk (no leaks on rear bunk), which appears to be a normal occurrence that folks are experiencing. Read numerous threads, and watched some YouTube videos. Mine already has the weatherstripping along the outside edge of the bunk sealing the flat of the bunk to the frame. I pulled the frame screws, countersunk them, reinstalled them, and caulked around them as well as inside the philips to create a more flush surface. I also pulled the squished pads on the latches and added a tad thicker, and much firmer pads to close the seal tighter. All of this, and I am still getting a leak from ABOVE the frame (between the wood shelf above the white metal frame inside and the white metal frame itself). It leaks above the frame, then runs along and eventually drips out down the interior of the folded up canvas. Has anybody had a similar leak location, and had luck tracking down where it is coming from? There is a bead of silicone already between the aluminum frame and the gutter on the exterior, but it is original and looks dirty and worn, although still pliable and does not appear to be compromised. Debating scraping it all out and reapplying. Attaching a few photos to help explain. Any help would be helpful!

Update: After scraping and resealing completely around the gutter, marker lights, and bunk frame the leak persisted during torrential rain from a thunderstorm last night. Decided to pull back the interior trim that covers the front cap (rounded piece of fiberglass in the front) and found that the excess TPO coming off the roof and into the front cap section was wet. The water is leaking from the roof seam that connects to the front cap, running down the fiberglass cap to the top of the bunk door frame without soaking into any of the fiberboard wood paneling. There are absolutely no signs of water damage on any of the fiberboard panels in that area of the trailer, which is why I hadn't originally expected that to be where the leak was coming in. I definitely lucked out in that sense. Currently have a fan blowing air into that area to dry it out, and some 4" Eternabond on order. Plan to scrape the old sealant off and lay down the Eternabond along the entire seam hopefully tomorrow.

Damp rid is also a good idea in that space to dry it out. It will get out more water than the fan will.

Just to confirm, did the leaking occur from the bed curtain track?

No. Had nothing to do with the bed curtain track. The water dripped down the front cap once it entered the interior, and landed directly onto the top edge of the bunk door frame. In the photo, the water was coming out from the top edge of the thick white frame, which is right behind the curtain track. The bed curtain track is screwed to the wood shelf, the water somehow did not touch any of the wood surfaces.

UPDATE: Scraped the old butyl off, applied Eternabond. Tested with the garden hose, no leaks.

Roo Bunk Leaks

Looks good. My leaks were showing up in the curtain track, I added some more self leveling sealant in the same area you applied Eternabond and have not had any more leaks.
