Winterizing A 2005 Roo 21SS

I have a new to me 2005 ROO 21SS Hybrid and I need to winterize it. I watched a bunch of You Tube Videos and read the owners manual (which was not much help) and everything talked about Low water line drainage and valves on the hot, cold, lines. I can only find one drain sticking down from the floor and it is from the fresh water tank. There is only 1 valve near the pump and water heater. It is on the cold water line going into the heater. Any help on how to winterize this? From what I have read on this site and watching videos I am missing a lot of drains and valves.
Thanks

Not sure on one from your year, but I can say the low point drains on my Roo are almost to the back under the bathroom. Two pipes hanging down, cold and hot, with caps on them.
