My First Camper

Ran across these photos from a previous life. 2 of us would spend up to 72 hours "camping" on a missile site. Pretty boring. Probably 1979.

Nice Pictures of a TRUCK CAMPER, but what it the pole for?

I am joking, as it seems I had a flowerpot of some kind growing out of my headshots, in our old wedding photos, back about that same time frame.

What Air Base may I ask?

Thanks for sharing your pictures very nice memory.

Very cool. That sure does look like a desolate location. Not quite as desolate as Thule Greenland though!

At least you had a golf course. The only one on Iceland was an 8 hour drive! Or a flight to England lol
