Awning Cleaner for Mold Stains

Did some searching and found some folks using Wet and Forget with good success so gave it a shot. Spray it on top and underneath, let dry for a few hours. Once dry wet both sides with the hose occasionally and looking pretty good. Supposed to remove more mold over time and has some lasting effect. Time will tell but it’s pretty simple with no scrubbing.

I have used LA Totally Awesome cleaner and it is awesome.
All the "Dollar stores" and all big box stores sell it.
I use a garden hand pump sprayer and dilute it 2 cups water to 1 cup of product. Extend the awning, spray the underside (be sure to wear eye protection), roll up the awning for 5 or 10 minutes, extend awning and hose off the top and underside. You may need to do apply more than once and may have to hand scrub the spots that are bad. Be sure to wet the side of your rig before and rinse well after. I have a friend who does not dilute at all. I have had issues with mold on my boat seats. I tried every single cleaner under the sun with limited success. Most would certainly get off the 'surface' mildew, but nothing would touch the ingrained stuff that looked like a stain on the white upholstery. I heard about a product called Marine 31 Mildew Stain Remover and saw a few testimonial videos for it. Its kinda pricey at about $22 for a 20oz spray bottle, but I bit the bullet and gave it a try. It is one of the few things I have ever found in life that actually works as advertised. Literally spray on, wait 5-10 minutes, hose off. They even tell you "you can scrub with a soft brush if you want, but you really don't need to".

I haven't tried in on my awning, but I bet it will do the job very well. It is worth looking into.
