Two Main things to do:
#1 Use plenty of water in your tank. You don't say how big your tanks are but if you have a fifth wheel trailer, I'm going to assume at least 40 gallons for black and gray and likely more than that for fresh.
I put almost a quarter tank of fresh water in my black tank after I empty it. Black tanks generally fill much slower than gray tanks so you are usually going to have to go dump when the gray fills and you will still have room in the black.
Having plenty of water in the black tank will help everything that goes in there break down quicker and more completely.
#2 use a RV/Septic tank compatible toilet paper. We use the Scotts Rapid Dissolving TP. Have also used CAMCO's RV TP and like the guy in the below video, preferred the Scotts.
Below is a link to a guy I follow on Youtube doing a TP test. Test your favorites and find one that dissolves well with a couple shakes like he does.
Lastly, if you have odors, you can add a tank treatment. Many people rave about Happy Camper (found on Amazon). We use Camco's TST MAX which is a little cheaper and has worked for us.
