I do not want a wheel on my jack. When I am unhooked, I don't want the TT moving around. I had the dealer remove the wheel and put the foot on. If i need the TT moved, I hook it to my truck and move it.
I have seen people in campgrounds unhook the TT with a wheel on and the TT moved.
I also put wheel chokes behind and in front of both tires (single axle) before I unhitch.

My view: if the camper is heavy to need a power tongue jack, it's too heavy to move around by hand. So, no, there's no point in putting a wheel on the jack.

Those wheels are designed to be used on small trailers that can be moved by hand. Except for the very small PUPs, that can be moved by hand they offer no benefit and actually can cause unwanted movement.

I agree with other posters. They are OK on a small popup but nothing bigger, not even a high walled popup.

My 23’ Roo hybrid had one. I suspect the previous owner installed it because I don’t think the factory installed them. When I upgraded to a Husky HB4500 electric jack I didn’t re-use the wheel.
