I'm an hour north, in Cadillac.
I looked at your profile, it was useless for this.

It was useless to figure out where your "up north" property is.

i have a 12v outlet in bedroom. my older winnie came with one. on our newer 2014 georgetown 377, I had to access the 12v wires under the front of the bed and installed 12v with 2 usb. on my winnie with one coach battery, i used a 150 watt inverter and lasted easily overnight.
good luck

Yes, I ended up buying a 150 watt pure sine inverter. It runs the CPAP as well as an oscillating fan all night not problems.

I belong to a cpap forum and there are a lot of threads there on how to camp and do cpap.
Short answers:
All cpap machines have power supplies that drop voltage to dc. Several machines are designed to operate off of 12 volts. those are easy, runn them off of a battery.
If not, then you can run them off of an inverter.
The choices then are either a deep cycle battery, or if you need less weight, you can build a lithium (newer type no fire threat).
Personally, I plan to use my existing rv aux batteries, and run an inverter. My machines run on 19 volts....

How many amps? Up converters are cheap enough.

My machine is 12V. We will test it out for 3 nights this week, hopefully without needing a recharge of the battery. I think the most obvious upgrade to start with would be to get a second deep cell battery. I will research/start a new thread about whether matching batteries is important.
I'm learning a great deal here.

Matching batteries is important (size, brand, age).
That said, I'm using a horribly mismatched pair and it's fine. Just know it isn't optimal and one or both will die early. For me, once I have a better charger, I'll get a set of Trojans.
