Butter Crock
Sure wish I had known about these before. Most always leave my butter out and since I am not a fan of AC in the summer I was forced to store it in the refrigerator sometimes. This thing holds the butter in place up to 83-85 degrees in the camper but it did drop out when I let it get above 90 though one day. Windows do get closed and air usually comes on above 85 though if no breeze blowing through.
It may be me but it sure seems like the butter tastes better too than being stored in a butter dish.

Someone must watch America’s Test Kitchen on PBS. They just reviewed those.

Must have been someone else.
My television was last turned on for TV 5/6/22 the day I got my camper. Just wanted to be sure it worked.

Not the same thing. The one the OP has is inverted in cool water when closed. Note the two parts.

And I don't remember the last time I used butter or margarine for anything unless it was a recipe ingredient.

Elwood Blues preferred dry toast also.
My morning breakfast is usually just muffins or some type of bread. Neither is getting eaten without butter.
Saltine crackers without butter? Nope.

You would have gotten along with my Grandfather. Real butter on everything. His favorite "dessert" was blackstrap molasses mashed into about a cup of butter
It was really good.....

The butter is not “in” the water but the lip when inverted is in the water to seal the butter from the elements.
I use one of those also but it seems the butter disappears faster..

I've noticed that too. Like the ice cream cartons that have eight servings in them. Someone is sneaking into my freezer and eating about five servings out of each carton as I only eat three.

Bacically same as @cboss above.
I was looking for a butter dish that would seal better instead of just having a top that fits over when coming across these.
Reminded me of an old divers bell.
