Camper in Storage - How to keep clean

For many years my wife and I have had the luxury of keeping our camper(s) at her parents house when not in use (they were campers too). This meant I could wash and keep the camper(s) clean and waxed very easily, and could plug it in when necessary. Unfortunately with my mother-in-law passing away earlier this year this will end as the house is up for sale. We have no place to keep the camper at our house. So it will be going into a storage area that our "home campground" has when not in use. My concern is I will no longer be able to wash and keep the outside clean. I am sure in a matter of months it is going to look pretty bad. I don't believe the campground allows washing on the sites. So I am looking for any ideas anyone has for cleaning the rig once it is put on a site and we are staying at the campground. Is there an all purpose spray and wipe product that will clean and protect the outside of the camper? Does that "Protect All" really work? It says it cleans and protects all at once. Thanks in advance for any help.

Wash and/or Wax it and then get a Cover for it to keep debris off it while it sits outside is about the only other option I see. If you go the Cover route get a cover designed for the trailer and not cover it with a tarp. Worse think you can do for it. You want a breathable cover so that moisture and mildew doesn't set in on the roof. Just my 2 cents as I like to keep my trailer clean as well even when I'm not towing it.
