About $10. I still do it myself. It’s a 29 foot travel trailer. I wax it in the spring with turtle wax. And through the camping year I wash it maybe three or four times with turtle wax car wash with wax in it and it takes about 35 minutes to wash it. About a day to wax it.

I'm getting pretty fond of the Meguires spray wax. I,m sure its not as great as a proper wax job, but its fast, I'm getting lazier, and I don't dread the job.

+1. Haven't waxed my RV yet, because I don't have one yet! But I love that stuff on my Vette. Quick Wax.

wow, I am in the sf bay area. I had my VS2715 (32 ft hitch to bumper) washed after our first outing (2 months on the road) in 2017. NO WAX. $320.00. I would gladly pay 10 a linear foot for wash and wax.

I use Lucas Quick mist also and it applies easy and looks great. Im not sure it would give the protection of a paste wax though. In other words I cant imagine that quick spray waxes give the same protection as paste waxes. I am old school but so far the Lucas looks great.

Like Beachbourbon, I do my own way carnuba wax. I find it easier to attack one side at a time so as to not overdo it

I am particular on my washing and waxing, and it takes me days to complete. The prices don't seem unreasonable to me if they are doing as good a job as I would do myself.

My cost is my sweat and time!
I use Mother's synthetic wax (when I can find it) twice a year then marine spray wax for the in between "wax" jobs. The same routine for my boat.
The spray wax doesn't last very long so I do that more than twice per year.

I take my 40' Super-C through Blue Beacon a couple of times a year. BB charges ~ $50 for an RV with a Rain-X treatment. Probably not as good as a hand wax but, it works for me.

We use Lucas slick spray, DH gets it on amazon. Spray on barely buff with a microfiber cloth off. We do it about 4 times a year. I go high he goes low. Ours is a 40 ft Berkshire. Here’s a pic of her after a very wet spring coming out of outside storage she’s a 2011.

Where/when do you wash your rv? I have to keep mine in a storage lot that has no power and I don't have a generator yet. The campgrounds here don't allow washing rv but I do use a waterless wash and have never had an issue. 40' fifth wheel and last year it took my wife and I about 8 hours over two days to wash it. Any tips to get this job done faster? I don't really want to give up a whole camping weekend just to wash and wax it. I want it clean but need to figure out a faster and easier way to do it since I can't get it to my house.

Buy a dual action variable speed polisher. Look at the Meguiar's website in their marine/RV fiberglass wax section. Lots of products for whatever level of oxidation you have or don't have. They also have pretty good instructions and advice.
https://www.meguiars.com/marine/products
The one that works for me with light oxidation is the flagship premium marine wax M6332.
They also have fiberglass wash and wax or just wash products.
It usually takes me about 2 hours to do one side and an hour to do one end with a polisher. So about 6 hours total.
PITA!!!! Have fun

PITA/PITS (Pain in the shoulder)
I'm definitely going out to buy an orbital buffer. I only did the front 2 weeks ago, and didn't even complete it; and my left shoulder is still killing me. I need to go back once better to finish up the top/center part with my big ladder.
Gonna go out and get the Meguiars RV Marine you mentioned. I used Meguiars cleaner/polish that did great on the lower front, but the top is oxidizing badly from our sun.
I enjoy waxing the vehicles, so tackling the TT in parts over a week or so should be doable, with minimal pain
Cheers, and safe and happy travels.

If you don’t want to pay do it yourself . People need to make a living . And at about 8hrs for a wash and wax plus materials 450 isn’t bad .

I recommend the Griots Garage random orbital polisher. You can buy online, but it is the same price or cheaper at AutoZone. AutoZone stores near me also stock the buffing and waxing pads.

You may prefer a larger buffer (with a large polishing pad) for something as big as an RV.

These are pretty decent buffers. Manageable, and compact enough for most anyone to use.
