Have seen baby fences used, seen some that are custom made, we have used a metal fence from Lowes (Its heavy though.

Just be aware that we have been to a couple of campgrounds that do not allow them.

All campgrounds that I have been to have pet policies (rules) that state that all pets must be on a leach at all times. Most state no more that a 6 foot leach.

So any pet fence would be breaking the rules.

I have seen this fence arrangement before and in most cases the campground asked them to take down the fence. So my recommendation is to be a good neighbor to other campers and not bother with this.

We use ours as a backup for the door to prevent loose dogs. They are always leashed when outside. Ask before using, or take down when asked.

Sadly, the most actual use is to keep unleashed from rushing us...

I use a fold up PEN, I got it from amazon. Like some have said there are parks that don't allow them, just don't stay there and you will be ok. I don't leave her in it unless I'm with her.

I would say always contact the campground and find out first if you can use them. I've found most don't care, but again all it takes is a jerk whining next to you because they think everybody should camp exactly like them. Somehow your dogs being fenced in on your site will offend them. Welcome to America these days.

we see a lot of these at our seasonal site (300 campsites) and it is no problem. I like the entry door idea. Now how to fence a cat!

We have and tried the doggy playpen idea. And we would only use it when we were outside with the dog. The idea was so we could sit outside without having to hold onto a leash. It does work, but our dog wasn't too cooperative. He is a pug, and he would keep pestering because he want to be on someone's lap instead.
