I recently replaced my 300 with a 310. Not because of "stink", i just hated teh plastic potty that made me feel like i was sitting on a 5 gallon pail with cheap plastic seat.

FWIW, I'm the only one that uses the toilet with the exception of my Son on a few nights since I bought the TT. Whan I removed the toilet I looked in the rear and am puzzled how people feel it's a flaw in the seal between top half and bottom half. If that was the case why is it that it seems only urine leaks into the rear "compartment"?

I looked closely at the design and it looks to me like the problem could be more centered on "poor aim". Also perhaps urine missing the bowl and landing on the shelf where the flush nozzle is located. If it's not sealed properly it can leak into this compartment as well where the back-flow preventer is located.

Regardless it's a poor design but perhaps a good portion of the issue is also "operator error".
