GT5 TV HDMI cabling

I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't switch different inputs to display on the 3 different TV's, so I took to a little cabling job today.

I purchased a 4x4 HDMI switch, so that I can input 4 devices, and output to 4 devices (TV'S)

From the cabinet above the living room, I ran 2 HDMI cables to behind the tv

The 1st one will feed the FireTV cube from the counter to the cabinet.(port 1)

The 2nd will feed back down to the tv.
Then I ran (2) 25ft. HDMI cables and 1 coax from the cabinet, up through the ceiling, through the light pockets, through the AC duct, and into the bedroom tv cabinet.
1 of them will feed the bedroom, and the 2nd will feed the outside tv (Which is just on the other side of the wall)

I will the put a mini DVD player in the LR cabinet into port 2 of the switch

The coax is to run a remote Satellite dish as another input (port 3)

Now, I will be able to watch any device on any and or all TV's at onceClick image for larger version
