he meant send them a Private Message - you will get more done that way

if you click on the name with a left click then you will see - "send private message"

If you look at the left side of each one of these
messages you see the message senders name.
IF you click on a message senders name a list of
options pops up.
One of them is "send a private message".

Also under the sender name you will see some tiny
icons. One of them is a little red triangle with a tiny
exclamation mark in it.

If you click that triangle you will be able to send a
PM to all the moderators.
PLEASE use this sparingly as we all get an automatic
e-mail when you do this BUT it is one way to get
a moderators attention and it also points to the exact post
you are concerned with.
