We finally made it the final twenty feet home today with our new tt. Releasing the sway bars added an extra inch of clearance, and a couple of 2x10x8's got us over the hump...literally...despite my backing up skills which are less than superb.

Shirley and I want to thank the great people on this forum who go out of their way to help knucklehead newbies like us get out of own way. We couldn't have done it without you. Sadie is very happy, too.

If you got your trailer down between those 2 houses, and that close to your fence without bouncing off of anything, then I would say your backing up skills are superb.
