How do you stow your stuff in the side compartments?
I have a new Georgetown and have plenty of side comparments.
I'd like to see how others with similiar compartments stow their stuff.
I have seen some mount garden hose brackes to hold hoses and cables.
Here are a few pics of my compartments.

I fixed that by creating a "Find It" manual for the camper that is also a checklist for what should be in there for our annual trek to the South.
Here is the latest one. Constantly changing so if you have an old one you can see a lot of what I used to carry is gone now.

I just looked at it and adjusted it to font size 4.5 and got it down to 38 pages. Of course I can't read it now but...
Lou its an excellent list well done. May I use your template for our truck and trailer trip planning. It may come in handy when we cross the border into the states and they want to come in and do everything except watch a movie and have a coffee.
Of course I will have to change the names or my wife Faith may wonder if I've been renting it out over the winter.

Man, if I had to go thru Herk's checklist and carry all that I would have to start a month early and hire someone with a 1T box truck to carry everything.
Whatever is in our trailer stays in the trailer as far as spare things & tools. We load some clothes, re-stock the food supplies, check tires (both truck & trailer), load the dog in the back seat, load snacks and a qt of black coffee and hit the road. Total time after trailer is re-stocked with food & clothes is about an hr max.

Wow, and I thought I had issues with OCD. If I had to take all that stuff with me I think I would quit RVing.

This is the real reason Lou flew the C-130. Couldn't fit all his "gotta have" plane stuff in a F-15!

So, can I ask if you are writing down which compartment has what in it?
The idea behind my "missive" was once I started writing down where I put stuff, I discovered I was packing two or even three of things. Most often because when I needed a seldom used item, I had no idea where I packed them. So, I just threw another one in a different drawer or tool bag.
On the road I bought something (normally a tool) and when I unpacked to take the camper in for inspection I found that I HAD packed it; just could not find it.

I understand, just giving you a rough time. I admire your attention to detail, I just don't have the initiative to sit down and make the list and at my advanced stage of CRS, I would loose the checklist.

In fact I just got a call from a friend to join them at a Country Music festival in NY in two weeks (Thunder 102). Truck and camper are ready (just bought another fresh case of beer today). Oh, his brother is Mark Glasmire will be playing there. Number one on the charts in Europe and a fast climber here.

Congratulations, I would love to attend, but our other son is coming from AR with his girlfriend in two weeks. Haven't seen him since Sep and we are looking forward to their week with us. Our oldest is taking that week off as vacation, so we can all be together again, first time in 2 yrs.

We actually have a smallish 5th wheel with minimal stowage. I also need to watch closely the truck loading since it is a 3/4 ton diesel. Since it is in "checklist" form and designed to be printed and put into a binder, it is in big print and a page (mostly) dedicated to a storage area.
The first aid kit is two pages but fits in a large plastic shoebox above the kitchen cabinets; for example.
Additionally, there are sections to help my wife (or a friend) get the camper back on the road home if she had to do it by herself for any reason.

Be nice to my bud Lou. He is a good guy and is a true engineeer. He can tell you how to fix things as well as to organize things in a sequence that is manageable and understandable. That is how us engineers think. Everything has a purpose and place. That is why buildings are perfectly striaght and electricity makes it to the outlet and water flows down hill..
Watch it. We can shut down your computer remotely and make it melt down from the conforts of our home.
