Micro Lite 21DS Tag along... Air Conditioner

While under tow, my tag along gets a bit warm inside. Just wondering about running the AC in the camper while under tow. Will it run off 12V battery?

NO.
the a/c requires shore power or generator power, just like your house.
So does the microwave and outlets.
Actually I have never heard of any a/c that runs on 12v, other than autos.

Suggest that you Google "the 12 Volt Side of Life" to understand how the two different electrical systems work in RVs.
