You don't need a drivers license to push a Yugo as that is the only way they go!
Back in the late-late 70's, I worked for a Dodge dealership that bought a small batch (4) Yugo's. Sold one and ended up giving away the other 3 with the purchase of a Dodge Power Wagon pickup. Loaded the Yugo's into the back of the truck and away the customer went.
