Newbies to Forum

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves. Our forum ID is vabege. We're Barb and George from Dublin, Georgia. We've been RVing for over 40 years (almost as long as we've been married). We've had pretty much every form of RV from pop-up, travel trailer, fifth wheel and now motorhome. We're on our second motorhome. First was a 2010 Coachman Concord that was a wonderful unit but proved to be too small for the two of us and challenging due to health issues. We just picked up out new Coachman Encounter (37TZF) class A and have not been on the road with it yet. First planned trip is up north where our kids still live (upstate NY near Syracuse) and we're looking forward to that.

Hope that's not too wordy. Hope we can contribute as well as learn here.

Barb & George

Just wondering if anyone here has purchased a Coachman Encounter class 'A' and, of so, what, if any, opinions you have formed regarding the workmanship during the manufacture? We leave for our first long road trip tomorrow headed from home (Dublin, GA) to where my kids live (Rochester, NY) and then off to Monticello, Indiana for the Coachman Rally in July. We've made some changes to our unit that will make it more useful and functional for us and are really looking forward to this trip.
