odor

We have a cedar creek ckts 2013 as of april 2013. we have an odor that we cannot resolve. Not like new car smell, not gas, not dead animal. It is a odor that is absorbed in our clothes, bedding, towels, hair. we have tried charcoal, kitty litter, coffee grounds, fabreeze. Contacted cedar creek directly with no resolution. any suggestions?

What have you tried so far? I saw you posted in the other similar thread. When I bought my first travel trailer, it had a strange but strong odor that made everything in it smell too. I did the "heat it up" with windows open for a couple days and it helped. Then when camping in good weather, we opened everything up and ran the fan. By the end of the first season, the odor was basically gone. Sometimes, when it was closed up for a couple weeks between trips, I could get a scent of the same odor again, by not as strong.

Kanberra gel worked for us, I think there are other products but it is the one that worked for us.

If that doesn't work, try Zeolite. this stuff works wonders.
