outdoor kitchen water not working

i have a 346QBUD and the only water tap that isn't working is the hot/cold taps for the outdoor sink.
i've checked for a valve but cannot find it. unless its covered by the underbelly enclosure. Anyone know if there's a seperate valve for this and the location.

I'm not familiar with your trailer so I can't help with the valve question, but you may check the screen on located at the end of your spout. Sometimes these get clogged.

Is it possible that there is a shut off inside that prevents it from freezing in the winter. There might be an access door that you are missing. Do you guys filter this water for drinking or is it just for cleaning. Have you tried filtrete water filters if you are drinking it? I'm looking into an apparatus that makes it easy to have drinking water outside.

check around your hot water heater. might have its own lines outside.
