Plugged in But

I keep mine plugged in at home---BUT----I only run the frig a day before we plan on using the unit. Two of my friends have had fires in their rigs due to the frig. One caused the total loss of the camper. Both fires started in the back of the frig in the heater unit area. If you want to run a frig at home get a small dorm frig from Walmart for less than $100 and save your $2000.00 replacement cost of your RV frig. As for the battery, you could take the positive lead off, and not over cook your battery. Don't forget to hook it back up before your next trip.

Mine is plugged in right now because I have been putting food and what not in it plus there is the cleaning of the windows and all.

I will turn on the fridge Wednesday night after I get home from work to get it cooled off.

I have also been fooling around with the new Maxxair fan we had installed....me likey!
