Refrigerator Monitor
I purchased a cheap indoor-outdoor wireless temperature monitor from WalMart (about $10). Mounted the receiver in the living area of my 5th wheel and put the outside sensor in the refrigerator. Now I have a monitor for the temperature in the refrigerator and and temperature indicator for the inside of my unit.

Even though it cost more, this is the one I use. Chaney Instrument I have a digital thermostat for the HVAC that has the indoor temp on it.
