Replacing dinette with a RecPro sofa

I am replacing a perfectly nice dinette in a 2015 MBS Solera with a 58" trifold sofa. Has anyone experienced the life and wear of the Polyurethane fabric? After shopping gently used Thor Axis and Vegas in Florida, I never saw one that the seats weren't peeling. Those were seats from the factory. My MBS has leather seats and the dinette is a vinyl type upholstery , but shows absolutely no wear or peeling. I welcome any feedback, good, bad or ugly! Thank you in advance!
