RV Slideout Seals for 2012 Georgetown

I have a 2012 Georgetown that I need the seals replaced. I can't seem to find seals that match Georgetown. Any tips on where to buy these seals?

Also, anyone replaced the seals themselves? Do I need to undo the wire cable, and attach the seals? Will the slide stay in place if I do?

Any tips is greatly appreciated!

Can you post a picture of the seal profile, and give some measurements of the flap and the bulb?

The bulb on the flange is just "D" seal. Measure the width and height of it and you should be able to find it.

Steelrubber.com has some wiper seal that's 2½" wide. That should work for the flap seal.

Slide-out seals

AP Products. Have FR Evo.2016 Was told i needed to remove the slide out to replace the seals. Replaced them with it in. Not easy, but can be done.
Don't know about your rig, but you need to be good with a screw gun.

Replacing slide out seals

YouTube has some videos on doing this yourself.
Didn't seem to hard to me, but I guess depending on type of slide you have.
I don't have any rubbers seals underneath my slide on outside. Mine are just one on top, and one on each side of the slide. I have a little tear 1-2" on one of the side and I just put some flex tape over it, and it seems to be working so far but know it won't last forever. Good luck.
Oh, we have a 2015 Palomino Puma 26'; one dinette slide.

Slideout seals

We have 2018 GT XL.Seals starting to ripe apart. Bought new seals from RecPro. Not exactly same but works great. They have 3M adhesive which really stick. Tested small piece and could hardly get it back off!

Good luck

I hope this is the same for a 2015 Wildwood. The D seal on mine went and it looks like they glued it to the wiper piece. I hope I can get them apart or I will have to replace both pieces. You tube says it is about a 3 hour job. The hardest part being removal of old adhesive.

On your Wildwood you should have an EK flap seal, and a "D" seal like below.

The "D" seal slides over the flapper seal after you attach the flap. There should be a screw at each end of the D seal to hold it in place.

Also, they should be black instead of white.
