Spice 'Rack'

I thought I'd share my spice storage with y'all. This is a carry-over from the backpacking days of my youth. This is a simple and solid way for this foodie to roll. I hope it helps out someone else!

Saw a couple of versions of this on Pinterest. I come to the conclusion that tic-tac size containers don't hold enough, and just bring the full sized spices I will use. I make giant pots, and bowls of food, and small amounts just don't cut it. The RV has storage for 4-5 spice bottles for sure. In my pop-up, with less storage, I filled a box, I would pull out of one of the benches when I was cooking, ...and used a lot more canned, and packaged stuff, due to the small frig. You make it work.
