Summerising a 5th wheel

Living in Ontario I am familiar with the concepts of winterising a trailer. This year we plan on storing our trailer in Southern Alabama from April through next January.

I will still do the winterising in case there is a cold snap, but does anything special need to be done to see the trailer through the summer heat.

We have 2 roof vents with Maxx Air covers, should the vents be left open a little to allow circulation?

Any other tips?

I'd still winterize it for the 15 minutes it takes to blow out with compressed air.

We leave the bathroom vent with a Maxair vent opened an 1" all winter long here in Ontario.
