i have the tall cartridge water filter in my forest river flagstaff 5th wheel, i paid like $25 for a single cartridge, while shopping in walmart a few weeks back, in the aisle where the pur water products are, i found a twin pack of cartridges that said fits most filters, well they fit my water system, they were bundled in a 2 pk for $10, just thought i would pass this on to you all.
according to camping world my filter system uses acarbon block cartridge (cfb-pb10) its a filter cartridge that fits inside a plastic housing, i replace it with the pur water system filters that says for the whole house, my original filter was blue, the walmart one is greay, only difference fits right in.
You get what you pay for. You can buy similar products at a cheaper price. Sometimes the less expense products maybe of higher quality; and other times it just a cheap knock off of low quality that "looks" just the same.
