Replaced our swivel rockers with Lazyboy recliners and swapped out the junk airbed sofa for a Simmons hide a bed sofa. And lots of modifications along the way as well. I had replaced the standard analog thermostat with a Honeywell digital but recently went back to the original as I didn't like how the digital worked. Oh and I replaced all the 12 volt incandescent bulbs with LED's, best 15 bux I spent so far.

Ohyea....I switched out the referigerator temp sensor with a Snip the Tip kit I got from E-dad! Works great now. Could not get the fridge below 40 deg. no matter what I tried. Now, a nice balmy 33 during initial setup. Now set at 37. Outside temp under my shaded structure is Phoenix summer temps. around 108. Should work good from now on!

So far, just the Oxy shower head.
Planning on upgrades, kitchen faucet is next on the list.

I'm surprised that nobody has upgraded their suspension or added tpms! We replaced the mattress upon delivery of our Arctic Wolf. Replaced shower hand held before first use. Suspension upgrade and tpms on order and installed rear camera (haven't tried to use it yet).

The question was, "What OEM items have you replaced?"

TMPS is not OEM.

You are correct, but it should be!
I believe the requirement for TPMS in road vehicles has been one of the most unheralded safety improvements in automotive history. It's already saved my tail more then once with my truck and the DW's car. They should make it required equipment on travel trailers as well, especially considering the industry's questionable habit of fitting "overseas explosives" to new units.

I've noticed a lot of small improvements from our 2014 Rockwood A122 A-frame to our new 2019 Flagstaff T21TBHW A-frame. The stove is one of the nicer ones - going from the 3 burner to a 2 burner that looks much better built.

The one OEM failure I've seen in the 2 months we have had the new A-frame is the WFCO 8735P converter. Just like the one in my old A-frame, it won't ever shift to trickle mode (and I suspect bulk mode). Just sits at 13.7 volts whenever it's plugged in. I have the Progressive Dynamics PD 4135, digital voltmeter and switch, stereo switch, and a couple of bus bars on hand to make the converter replacement and electrical upgrades when I have a spare Saturday.

Installed a cut-off switch into the battery box last night, but that's not an OEM installation on an A-frame.

I have high hopes that the electric roof lift is truly improved from earlier versions, and will last a while. It is convenient, if slow, on the larger A-frame.

Replaced all CH751 storage compartment locks with tubular key locks. Replaced one entry door lockset so that both doors use the same key.

In no particular order....
1. Replaced cheapo aluminium, wrapped lug nuts with high top stainless steel
2. Replaced generic slam hatch locks with tubular key locks.
3 Replaced noisy 1 speed roof exhaust over bed with 3 sp reversible.
4. Replaced door window with slim shade see thru window.
5. Replaced crappy shower wand with Ecocamel and Love it!
7. Replaced little 12 volt battery with 2 6v golf cart batteries.
Many mods that aren't exactly replacements.

1) Worthless WFCO converter
2) Castle Rock tires immediately
3) Small size 24 battery with 2 Battleborn
4) Tongue jack but that was my fault on first trip. New Husky Brute jack is a lot better though.
5) Wimpy water tank braces with substantially stronger steel.
6) Replaced rear tailight assemblies with larger LED assemblies
7) Screen door handle/latch with a magnet system
8) Door lock with keyless entry
9) New storage door lock cylinders with keys that not every trailer owner has(CH751)!
10) There were a few incandescent bulbs around that got replaced with LED.

Still to be done:
1) Fantatsic fans in place of the tiny fan model in the bathroom and the no fan vent in the bedroom
