Question 2007 Flagstaff Roof Issue

We recently bought our first pop up. The 'plastic' roof has a lot of ripples and dips, some of which hold quite a bit of rain water. Fortunately there doesn't appear to be any leaks yet. Does anyone know what is under this plastic layer and should I just leave well enough alone since it is not leaking?
I will try to add pictures soon

Leave it alone, there is pretty much nothing under there other than ribs for the internal structure.

Newer models have some thin ply underneath.

mostly just looks dirty to me. Im not making out defects. The roof is vacu-molded to the underlying roof structure before its glued down. My last camper, a 2016, had indentions along the left and right sides. You could see some of the rib lines too

Yeah, the pictures aren't the best. Couldn't get one that accurately showed the issues. In the bottom pic where it looks dirty is where a rather deep puddle of rain water lays. It is at least an inch deep, but no leaks inside yet. The top pic shows the longest ridge or bubble. (looks like a long clean spot). I will take the advice and not mess with it as long as the water stays outside. I just moved it from under some pines so hopefully it will stay clean longer.

You might want to brush the standing water off the roof after a rain or change the leveling so that it will run off the roof. Leaving standing water on it will attract critters and those you don't want.

Other than that, I agree with the others. Just make certain the roof is sealed and the caulking is good.

yep. I have a long handled squeegee I use to push the puddle off. As deep as it is the camper would have to be a a serious angle for it to run off.
